FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY (Heading North): Take Exit 168 and bear right onto Washington Avenue (County Rd. 502). Proceed to first traffic light and turn left onto Pascack Road. Follow Pascak Road to first traffic light and turn right onto Hillside Avenue. Proceed 1 mile to second traffic light and turn left onto Broadway. Follow Broadway and make third right onto Piermont Avenue. Continue 1 1/2 miles to end of Piermont Avenue and turn left onto Rivervale Road. Proceed approximately 1 mile and turn right onto Poplar Road. See Cherry Wood site approximately 1/2 mile ahead on left side.

FROM NY 1-287 E/1-87 S (NY) Garden State Parkway (Heading South):
Take exit 14A and merge onto Garden State Parkway South. Take School House Road exit toward Chestnut Ridge. Turn left onto County Road. 41 (Red Schoolhouse Road). Proceed 1 1/2 miles to the second light and make a left turn onto West Grand Avenue. Continue 2 miles to end of Grand Avenue and make a right turn onto Rivervale Road. Proceed 1 1/2 miles and make a left turn onto Poplar Road. See Cherry Wood site approximately 1/2 mile ahead on left side.

FROM Palisades Interstate Parkway (Heading South): Take Exit 6W and merge onto Orangeburg Road. Continue 1 mile to second traffic light and turn left onto Blaisdell Road (Entering NJ). Proceed approximately 1 1/2 miles--always bearing right--to end and turn right onto Old Tappan Road. Follow Old Tappan Road and make a right turn at the second traffic light onto Washington Avenue. Continue down Washington Avenue, which turns into Poplar Road. See Cherry Wood site on right after reservoir.

There are 8 one-, two, and three-bedroom affordable homes to purchase. All of the sales units are built, sold and occupied. From time to time, they come available for resale. Detailed information regarding specific homes, floor plans, association fees, etc., will be available as each goes on the market to be resold. Minimum incomes will be determined by the ability of the purchaser to obtain financing for the home.
