Chatham Sales Program

Piazza & Associates, Inc. has been engaged by the Township of Chatham to provide you with information regarding its affordable housing, answer your questions and help you through the application process.

There are approximately 72 one-, two, and three-bedroom affordable homes to purchase. All of the sales units are built, sold and occupied. From time to time, they come available for resale. Detailed information regarding specific homes, floor plans, association fees, etc., will be available as each goes on the market to be resold. Minimum incomes will be determined by the ability of the purchaser to obtain financing for the home.

About Chatham Township:

Chatham Township is a quiet, residential community in north-central New Jersey near Exit 7 of Route 24. Located 25 miles west of New York City on the southern edge of Morris County, Chatham has many fine homes, townhouses, garden apartments, and condominiums and offers suburban attractiveness as well as efficient railroad, bus, and highway commuting to New York City and surrounding metropolitan North Jersey.
