Piazza & Associates, Inc. has been engaged by the Borough of Chatham to provide you with information regarding its affordable housing, answer your questions and help you through the application process.

Borough of Chatham Sales Program:

All of the sales units are built, sold and occupied. There are 8 two, and three-bedroom affordable homes to purchase at The Willows at Chatham. From time to time, they come available for resale. Detailed information regarding specific homes, floor plans, association fees, etc., will be available as each goes on the market to be resold. Minimum incomes will be determined by the ability of the purchaser to obtain financing for the home.

RESTRICTIONS: In addition to the Maximum Gross Annual Income Limits (left), restrictions include minimum income and ability to obtain financing for sales units. Neither the Borough of Chatham nor Piazza & Associates provides financing. The actual terms and conditions of the purchase are negotiated with the seller or their Realtor. All applications are subject to a random selection to determine the priority order in which they are processed.

Borough of Chatham Rental Program:

Willow Court has 2 units that are rented to qualified tenants through the affordable housing program. There are 2 two-bedroom units. One is a low-income unit, and the other is a moderate-income unit.

River Commons has 2 units that are rented to qualified tenants through the affordable housing program. There is 1 two-bedroom, low-income unit and 1 three bedroom, moderate-income unit.

RESTRICTIONS: In addition to the Maximum Gross Annual Income Limits (left), restrictions include minimum income and the landlord’s tenant selection criteria for rentals.
