The affordable apartments at Eagle View are designed to meet Monroe Township's "fair share" of the growing need for affordable housing in New Jersey. Rental rates may change and are subject to state and local guidelines. Eagle View offers 48 one-, two-, and three-bedroom affordable apartments to income qualified applicants. Applicants must first qualify on the basis of gross annual income and are subject to a random selection.

We will process your application and send you a confirmation within a few weeks. Because this is a new property, a random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before December 20, 2018. Subsequent to the random selection, applicants will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.

When apartments become available, we will contact a limited number of applicants who are on our list for the size and income category of the apartment that will be available. A final application and documentation to verify identity and income will be required and processed at that time. Since final applications are only processed when a specific apartment becomes available, we can not accommodate applicants' choice of floor plan.

From the NJ Turnpike:Take I-95/NJ Turnpike to exit 8 toward Hightstown/Freehold. Continue onto NJ-133 and use the middle lane. Take the exit toward Hightstown/Freehold and keep right at the fork onto NJ-33 E. In approximately 1.5 miles take the County Rd 619 S exit jughandle. At the light turn left onto NJ-33 West and then right onto Joan Warren Way.
