Welcome to Eastampton Village Center. Located in Eastampton Township in Burlington County, this new development offers 7 affordable one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments. These apartments are available to qualified applicants whose combined household income meets the criteria for affordable housing. Only 2 units have been completed thus far, both of which are 2-bedroom, moderate income apartments. There is no current schedule for the remaining 5 apartments.

We will process your application and send you a confirmation within three weeks. Since a lottery has been held for this property, applications are being processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.

When an affordable home becomes available, we will contact a limited number of applicants who are on our list for the size and income category of the home that will be available. A final application and documentation to verify identity and income will be required and processed at that time. Since final applications are only processed when specific units becomes available, we can not accommodate applicants' choice of floor plan.
