Summerfields Seniors (55+): Summerfields Seniors has been set aside as an affordable rental community for low- and moderate- income-qualified adult households, whereby at least one person is 55 years or older, and no resident is under the age of 19. Whitehall Gardens is just minutes north of Princeton and is easily accessible from the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Routes 1, 18 and 287. B. Somerset Park- Existing rental apartment project containing 84 low and moderate rental units. 20 1BR Low, 20 1BR Moderate, 16 2BR Low, 16 2BR Mod, 6 3BR Low, 6 3BR Mod. SCCOAH handles all Administrative functions and oversees pool of certified applicants for future vacancies.

C. Resale Units- 396 units total- All units owned by individuals. SCCOAH handles all Administrative Agent responsibilities and attends closings on resales.

CJHRC also offers direct housing counseling services to clients free of charge.
