Within a few weeks, you will receive a letter of determination regarding your eligibility. Although these are existing apartments, it represents a new rental opportunity for affordable housing. As such, a random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before November 30, 2018. Subsequent to the random selection, applicants will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.

When an affordable home becomes available, we will contact a limited number of applicants who are on our list for the size and income category of the home that will be available. A final application and documentation to verify identity and income will be required and processed at that time. Since final applications are only processed when specific units becomes available, we can not accommodate applicants' choice of floor plan.

The number of units at each pricing tier is limited. Rents and conditions are subject to change without notice. Minimum and maximum incomes will apply. To be eligible for this affordable housing program, the gross annual income of your household cannot exceed the program limits listed, above. Maximum Incomes are adjusted annually and are subject to change without notice. Priority for the Very Low Income units will be given to households with an income below the Minimum Income for the corresponding Low Income units. Minimum Income standards generally do not apply to applicants with Section 8 Rental Assistance. Applicants from Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties may be given a priority pursuant to regulations set forth by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and the Township of Ewing.  The maximum rental rates and affordable housing restrictions are governed by this affordable housing program. Gas and electric are not included in the rent listed. All other terms and conditions of the lease are set forth by the landlord and their agents. Heritage Court is a development of Ewing Prop.,LLC, which is not affiliated with Piazza & Associates, Inc. or Ewing Township, except as specifically set forth in state regulations and local ordinance.
