From the NJ Turnpike: Take Exit 7A to Rt. 195W. Take Exit 5B to Rt. 130N. Continue on Rt. 130N to second traffic light and turn left onto Rt. 526/Robbinsville-Allentown Rd. After first traffic light, turn right onto North Commerce Square. Make the first right behind The Lofts building for parking. 

From the Princeton Area: Take I-295 or Quakerbridge Rd. to Rt. 33 East. Continue for approx. 3 miles. After traffic light at Lake Drive, turn left onto North Commons Sq. Make the first right behind The Lofts building for parking.

The Lofts at Washington Town Center, located in Robbinsville Township, Mercer County, is a Sharbell community primarily composed of condominiums for sale, that, when completed, will include 26 low- and moderate- income rental apartments. Located above a newly-created streetscape on Rt. 33, just off Rt. 130 in Robbinsville, the affordable flats at the Lofts will include 5 one-bedroom apartments, 15 two-bedroom apartments, and 6 three-bedroom apartments.

Fourteen of the affordable apartment homes are reserved for low-income applicants, while the remaining twelve are moderate-income. The household size, income level and priority order of applicants are the prime factors in determining the apartment size and rental range that is applicable to them. The number of units at each pricing tier is limited. Rental rates and conditions are subject to change without notice. Maximum and minimum income limits, as well as minimum credit standards will apply. All other terms and conditions of the lease are those set forth by the owners and managers of The Lofts.

Availability of units not yet leased is limited.
