DIRECTIONS:

From the NJ Turnpike: From North or South take Exit 8. Bear right after toll for Route 33 East (towards Freehold). Proceed on Route 33 to the 5th traffic light and turn right onto Butcher Road. Continue on Butcher Road to Jessica Drive and the MONROE MANOR entrance on your right.

From Route 9: Take   Route 33 West (towards Hightstown /Trenton). Proceed on Route 33 approximately 9 miles and take the jughandle for Applegarth Road/Butcher Road. At end of ramp turn left for Butcher Road. Cross Route 33 and follow Butcher Road to Jessica Drive and the MONROE MANOR entrance on your right.

TALL OAKS AT MONROE MANOR

There are 102 sale units and 25 rental units located in Tall Oaks at Monroe Manor, a condominium community that includes one-, two- and three- bedroom affordable homes. At the current time, most all of the affordable units at Tall Oaks have been sold, and avilability is limited.

You will receive a written confirmation of our receipt of your Preliminary Application via US Postal Service in about two weeks. (Please do not call for a verbal confirmation of your fax or mailed application, as we are unable to provide one.) Applications are being processed on a "first-come-first-served" basis.
