Welcome to Spring Mill Manor, a private enclave of modern one and two bedroom luxury rental apartments for age 55+ adults. The building offers the convenience of two entries, which can be remotely accessed and monitored with voice/video security by each resident from their respective unit or swipe card.

The residences are located in the Township of Springfield of Union County. Eight of the forty apartments are part of the affordable housing program. Of these eight, six are one-bedroom apartments and two are two-bedroom apartments. Four of the eight apartments are rented to low-income households and four to moderate-income households.

 

To become eligible for the low- and moderate- income apartments, please complete and return a Preliminary Application. We will process your application and send you a confirmation within three weeks. When apartments become available, we will contact a limited number of applicants who are on our list for the size and income category of the apartment that will be available. A final application and documentation to verify identity and income will be required and processed at that time. Since final applications are only processed when a specific apartment becomes available, we can not accommodate applicants' choice of floor plan.
