Take Garden State Parkway south to Exit 123. Merge onto U.S. 9 S toward Sayreville/Old Bridge. Proceed approximately 7.5 miles and make a slight right toward Texas Rd., and then turn right onto Texas Rd. The community is approximately 1 mile ahead on your left.

From South NJ:
Take Garden State Parkway N to Exit 105. Merge onto NJ-18 N. Proceed approximately 16 miles to Exit 30 for Route 9 N, The Amboys/New York. From the right lane, follow sign for “Spring Valley Rd. next right.” Take the exit ramp for Spring Valley Rd./all turns. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Spring Valley Rd. At traffic light, turn left on Route 9 S toward Freehold. From the right lane, follow signs for Texas Rd./all turns exit ramp. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Texas Rd. The community is 1 mile ahead on your left.

The affordable apartments at Woodhaven Commons are designed to meet Old Bridge's "fair share" of the growing need for affordable housing in New Jersey. Rental rates listed are approximate and subject to state and federal guidelines. Woodhaven Commons offers 75 one- two- and three- bedroom affordable apartments to income qualified applicants. Applicants must first qualify on the basis of gross annual income and are subject to a random selection.

We will process your application and send you a confirmation within three weeks. Because this is a new property, a random selection of applicants will be held approximately 60 days after the start of marketing. Subsequent to the random selection, applicants will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis.

When apartments become available, we will contact a limited number of applicants who are on our list for the size and income category of the apartment that will be available. A final application and documentation to verify identity and income will be required and processed at that time. Since final applications are only processed when a specific apartment becomes available, we can not accommodate applicants' choice of floor plan.

To be eligible for this affordable housing program, the gross annual income of your household cannot exceed the program limits listed, above. The maximum income is based on the total number of persons who will reside in the affordable home. Maximum Incomes are adjusted annually and are subject to change without notice. The maximum rental rates and affordable housing restrictions are governed by this affordable housing program. Gas and electric are not included in the rent listed. All other terms and conditions of the lease are set forth by the landlord and their agents.
